UpDog yoga is the small boutique yoga studio run by my friend Joey Myers. He invited me to join one of his Vinyasa classes and it was the perfect start into my yogi day! Invigorating and a little bit challenging, Joey brings his kick ass approach into the class and combines it with insights and inspiration that will stay with you off the mat. Considered one of the finest examples of Victorian-era landscaped gardens in the world, the Botanical Garden is perfect for a relaxed stroll when the weather is nice. Bring a good book, something to drink (or a picnic if you’re hungry again already) and simply relax.

Can you imagine living in a city where you can head to the beach after work? Such a dream! Grab a seat at Paper Fish for some yummy sustainable seafood, fresh salads, a beer or wine and enjoy the people watching.
