Join Yoga Beach House this summer for a week of flowing through yoga and meditation practice and reconnecting to the natural joy of dancing. You will be focusing on movement and blending the two practices together.

You will transform the energy within you, around you and experience the bliss of movement. During this week you will be led by Julia Kannewischer and live the yogic lifestyle that is followed at Yoga Beach House – mindful movement, eating, breathing, relaxation and reflection.

With years of practice and research in the fields of both of Dance and Yoga, professional contemporary dance and yoga teacher Julia comments that the main common ground the two disciplines have is movement and there huge energy potential.
