Enjoy a 7-day yoga retreat aboard a sailing yacht from 28. September to 05. October 2019

Our cruise takes us via Bodrum to the Greek islands of Kos, Nisyros, Tilos, Pedi-Symi, Knidos and back to Bodrum. We travel on board a traditional Gulet wooden sailing yacht for 7 days through the southern Aegean with its wonderful and fascinating islands. 

The gentle ups and downs of the waves, the wind, fresh air, tasty and freshly prepared vegetarian / vegan food in combination with yoga and guided meditations help you to let go, to arrive in the here and now, reconnect with yourself  and to recharge your batteries.

We usually practice in the morning and evening yoga on board or ashore. In between there is plenty of time to enjoy life on board, take part in excursions or explore the islands on your own. We have a chef on board, who spoils us with Mediterranean food for breakfast and dinner.

Vacation from everyday life and a wonderful opportunity to deepen your yoga practice. We start the day with an energizing Vinyasa Flow and a mindfulness meditation and in the evening we meet for a gentle and quiet yoga session with a guided meditation.

I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flows and Yoga Nidra. My yoga routine finds a perfect balance between having a powerfully energizing effect on you and being gentle and meditative to give you the best relaxation and refreshment feeling while also giving you utmost fitness and agility at the same time, with a major focus on strengthening your body and mind through the use of breathing exercises.

I believe that yoga goes beyond being just mental, physical and spiritual exercise. Yoga is a way of life. It is a philosophy; a philosophy that could give you a better perspective to life generally.

I am offering a yoga retreat on a sailing ship in the Greek Aegean Sea because it is the perfect setting to really let go, to breathe deeply and recharge your batteries and to reconnect with your inner self ultimately.
