Sewall House Yoga Retreat offers ongoing retreats all summer! Near Lakes, Hikes and majestic Mt Katahdin – where the sun first hits the East Coast.
From May into October please contact us for days you are interested and length of stay – 5 days suggested.
Yoga twice daily, morning meditation- three meals a day all included/massage additional/ sauan. jacuzzi, porchsitting near lakes and hikes in small town New England Maine
Retreats are ongoing so you can come and go any day you wish! 5-7 days suggested- shorter and longer fine too based on availability.
We also offer special events and workshops, for example for cooking, SUP, yoga and writing.
