This unique program is composed of yoga, meditation, breath work, healthy food, mindful movement, exercises for the soul, and relaxation.
With a very limited number of guests in an exquisite setting, we are able to unwind, disconnect from the external world, and focus on spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical wellbeing. The gentle vibes of The Chettinad naturally inspires us to slow down and savor the sweet surroundings. Ideal for those wishing to spend time alone, to connect with nature and reconnect with themselves, as well as for those inspired to join forces with like-hearted souls.

How? We invite a bit of courage and implement a little strategy to invoke impassioned self-inquiry and evolution, help us gain clarity, wipe our magic mirrors clean, redefine normal, and shine so bright that others can’t help but light up too.
Our diverse range of skills [from coaching Olympic athletes to training yoga teachers, from energy healing to sports massage, from the corporate world to the third world] seamlessly blends with our vast experiences of highs and lows living, working, and playing around the globe, to losing loved ones and making our way through the process of grieving.

The Practices :: Breath. Mind. Body. Soul.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga :: Synonymous with movement, the word “vinyasa” translates as “to place something (like yoga poses) in a special way.” Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath initiated practice that allows us to flow from pose to pose, and connects our conscious action with the intention of moving towards what is sacred to us.
Restorative Yoga :: This yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. The intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. We focus on the breath to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body. Restorative yoga has enormous capacity to heal the physical and emotional bodies.
Meditation :: To reflect upon, ponder, or contemplate. Meditation is the practice of concentrating on a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase – aka turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment. Meditating is deceptively simple and we’d like to share some of our favorite practices with you.
Mindful Movement :: Explore seeing beyond the technicalities of singular movements or disciplines. Creative thinking, problem solving, discovering what feels good to you based on your unique biomechanics. Enjoy understanding your anatomy, health, and performance so that we can link the mind, the body, and the soul, with the breath – effortlessly.
Flow State :: Flow is the peak state where you feel and perform your best. The mind and body work as one, at levels beyond belief – the way we are meant to be. Creativity is heightened. Super-human strength, mobility, intuition, and mindfulness are accessed. You navigate through the familiar and unfamiliar effortlessly. The ordinary is extraordinary.
Workshops :: Guided writing exercises designed to access, explore, record and release long harbored emotions and heightened creativity. Self psycho-analyze and expand consciousness systematically. Purposeful calendaring to maximize your schedule and optimize your life… Presentations and discussions on Flow State… Redefine your ethos, create your rituals, design your practice and achieve your desired life.
